How to be the most successful Realtor?

I have been a real estate investor for about 3 years now in the Columbus OH area. I have investments that cashflow and have landed me solid equity!

Now I am turning to an additional source of income, brokerage. I recently got my real estate license and am looking to succeed in this area of real estate as well as the investment side of things.

Anyone have tips/pointers on how to be the most successful realtor out there?
