Strategy: Finding a 'Gem' of property
What are some strategies that buyers use to have realtors make the sale of a property exclusive to only you? I ask for exclusivity because that will prevent bidding wars and a property going for market value.
What sort of financial incentives can be used to motivate realtors to let it go for less than it should? Exclusivity fee from the buyer? Commission paid by the buyer? The fact that you as a buyer will buy more properties from the realtor if they continue to find you exclusive 'Gems'?
Thank you!
