Self storage financing

Hello!!

I used to invest in RE before 2008 and I'd like to get back in the game...

I could use some help. I'm looking for work, but I am not having any success. It's easier to find/put together a deal, which I have done.

However, how do I get funding with no job, no credit, no income? I'm looking for $250K.

Does the money really follow the deal?

Kindest regards,
