Is there a calculator for evaluating a tear down?
5 acre plot with a tear down. Lot can be subdivided for 2 homes. Needs another perc etc.etc. Whats the best means by which to evaluate this property. Is there a calculator that can take into account a lot of variables (perc, tear down, mortgage taxes, rebuild 1 or 2 homes). Thanks in advance
