Buying land from social media
Hello,
I am in the beginning stages of real estate investing. I ran across fb marketing selling land for $5000 Sebring, Fl for 0.33 acres. The price sounds to good to be true. How do I valid? What questions should I ask? And what route is the best route to go when purchasing land ?
