new investor needing help

im new to investing I created my llc and my ein number and I also have my physical address . I have found some properties im interested in for a good price just wanted to make sure im on the right track 

I need to find 

1.Property manager 

2.Constrution work for help fixing issues but unable to find a general contractor 

3.Loan (im creating a business account with bank of America to try to start to building business credit)
