Pre-Foreclosure Unpaid Balance
So I was navigating Zillow and I came across a property that was going for 39,000 but has an outstanding balance on the house of over 175,000. What would a negotiation on this house look like? What happens to the outstanding balance. The house has been on file for over 50 day so something must be scaring people away.
