What's up with the market in the Redondo/Torrance market in So Cal? Looking for a primary residence and getting outbid by thousands if not tens of thousands and competing with 5 to 8 offers. Is there a bubble here? Craziness. Should I hold until winter to search again? Afraid that inventory will be null.
