Foreclosures....How to find them

Matt Nico
Posted

Hey BP,

For the last 4-5 years or so, there have been plenty of great homes on the MLS for sale that cash flow for me. Lately, I am seeing that quantity of homes kind of disappear. I think it might just be temporary with the COVID market, but nonetheless I would like to expand on my real estate knowledge and I want to learn multiples strategies.

Could someone point me in the right direction for finding out information about pre-foreclosures and actual foreclosures? I know what an actual foreclosure and a pre-forclosure are. What I'm after is how to find them and how to target them. More specifically, how to search for them in the county records.

I listened to the BP OG podcast a couple weeks ago with David Osborn and Aaron Amuchastegui and it really got me into the whole idea, but with only an hour of podcast it doesn't really explain the whole process in detail. I think I am going to buy their book as well.

Thanks BP,

Happy Housing,

-Matt
