Can I make this Unit a on my property a rental?

I recently bought this house and it has a 20X14 roof covered single unit in the back. It has electric, water heater, full bath and gas line to it. My question is can I rent this unit as a single unit? It is in Columbus georgia and zone RMF2. It needs some minor cosmetic work and cabinets and would be good to go. It even has an AC unit. Does anyone know if this would be any trouble seeing how it was already on the property?
