We are a successful rehabbing entity and can demonstrate steady 20%+ ROI so far. We are trying to model ourselves somewhat akin to Roof Stock, House Union etc. Would like to hear from Wholesalers, Potential Partners, Realtor, Boots on the ground, Movers and shakers and others to join us to scale up operations from local to nationwide. No capital is needed from non-syndicated investor partners.
