Need Help. I am an Agent myself and selling my own houses
Currently i work at Brokerage Firm where i pay one set of fee so it does not matter how much i charge commission. All of my houses is Under contract and what is the best % i should charge myself? for tax purposes which way i can make more money, should i charge me 0% or 2% ?
first house i bought 2017 (rental)
second 2018 (rental)
and last was a flip house 2019
