Are you ready for the market shift?

Happy Monday BP Family!

Whether we know it or not, like it or not, the market shift is coming! Sellers should be mindful of the 3 Ps to survive the impending shift. This is also good information for buyers as well.

PREPARATION. Please be sure that your home is ready to sell. It should be in good showing condition. If that means hiring a landscaper to ensure the curb appeal is appealing, de-cluttering, painting, or staging. You want to be sure that your home is prepared to sell!

PRICING. Please be sure your price adheres to what the market will allow for. We understand that you've paid X amount of dollars for your property and you've increased its value by doing some upgrades, but keep in mind that that may not increase the market vale of your home. The market dictates the price.

PROMOTION. I promise I will promote your home in every way possible. Bear in mind budgets. If your home is in the $100K range you may not want to spend thousands of dollars on staging or 3D tours and such. However, if you're in a million dollar price range, then you may want to pull out all the stops on promoting your property for sale.

Just wanted to give a little info on how to best prepare for the impending market shift. Do you have any tips, tricks, or ideas for buyer/ seller success for the market shift?
