Are you a software engineer moving your primary residence?

Our client base is heavily weighted toward high tech and software engineers who invest outside of their local markets. High price points lead to high barriers to entry. With tech companies allowing work from home options, several of our clients have headed for the hills of Tahoe, Vegas, CO, etc. It makes me wonder where the next emerging markets may be.
