thank you for your time reading this, im currently 19 and have private funds and saved income to get my first deal, im also getting my real estate license soon. I am hoping to get out of the rat race and start building my own rental company. i want to try to get my first rental or at least find  anybody who can give advice about getting deals and what to do and not to do! if anyone is from new Hampshire i would love to meet and hear your story because i have a lot to learn, thanks!!

@Koen Ballantine Welcome to BP! It's definitely best to find someone who is doing what you want to do. If you can find someone in your local area, it's better. Learn from them first before making a move. You can offer to help them out with their business in exchange for you learning from them. 

Sounds like you already have a plan on what you want to do. Getting experience on small deals is the best thing to do in the beginning before going on to larger deals. Best of luck with everything!
