Challenge Locating Buyer for Wholesale
I was able to negotiate a property under contract with a motivated seller contingent upon an appraisal, I then paid for an appraisal to be completed and it came back lower then what the Seller originally thought his home was worth (which I already knew). Needless to say the Seller came down significantly on the price (expensive technique but it works 80% of time). Simultaneously while this was occurring I was still marketing the home on facebook, contacted realtors, hard money lenders, we buy your home for cash people and land lords but still no offers. I'm wondering what other wholesale techniques I can try to get this home moved?
