Hey Bigger Pockets Family!

I've been a member here for a while, and have been trying to figure out the best way to make things happen in this industry. As a relatively new Real Estate agent, I can't get a loan, and while I have some cash I'm not looking to spend it all on one deal, so I started getting into wholesaling recently.

I partnered up with a friend of mine who needed help cold calling and meeting with sellers, and we've been generating a ton of interesting leads. Right now we're working with about 8 serious sellers, and the deals look like they might be REALLY JUICY.

My question is - now what? How do I determine exactly what to offer, and where to market these deals once I have them under contract? How do I operate in this space with both integrity and profitability, and make the magic happen?

Thanks everyone for the support and feedback you always give. I hope soon I'll be able to pay it forward and add a lot of value.
