Quit claim/ non warranty deed
Greetings BP community.
I am currently interested in a property in which the seller will only convey the title via a quit claim/ non warranty deed only. I am looking for someone who has had experience with the quit claim/ non warranty deed process and how to navigate deals based on these circumstances to provide some insight.
