Hi, A potential client just reach out in hopes of selling 2 condos he own that is located on North Country club drive in Miami Florida. How should I approach this deal in regards to purchasing a condo?

Hi Jose, I was interested in purchasing the condo but at this moment the seller don’t want to seller the properties lower than what he paid for them. Both property have no mortgages and at the moment have 2 tenants rent out the condos ( for now ) .
