Buying Real Estate As A Merchant Marine

Good day to you all!! I'm a merchant seaman and travel all over. When I come home for vacation I only have about 30 to 45 days then I'm back right out to sea. So I see how wholesalers bring the seller and buyer together, close the deal and get a fee. I know that can take some time. But I would like to find a deal under 50k, purchase myself, then sell it as-is under 45 days. Anyone suggestions or advice?? Thanks
