Hard to find realtor for my price point, what do you think?

Hello all,

I’m currently in the market for my second property, my first is a duplex I paid a little too much for but it is still cash flowing (170k). This go around I am looking at cheaper homes and it is hard to find a realtor that wants to work with me because of my price point I’m assuming (50-70k). Maybe they feel the work wouldn’t be worth the commission they would receive. I’m looking for strategies or suggestions to move forward. Thanks !!!

Yeah, most experienced agents won’t want to work that price point.  You can offer your buyer’s agent an incentive of an extra grand or so.....or find a newbie agent but you won’t get the same knowledge/advice.
