Approaching a bank about a home that was not sold at an auction?

Hello! Once a home has failed to be sold via online auction - would the auction "Reserve Price" (as opposed to the Market Price) serve as an appropriate offer for that property? I would like to approach a bank about a property that was unsuccessful at auction, and would like to be taken seriously. I will require financing for the property, so will not participate in the auction (which requires "Cash" only). Thanks!
