Buyer acting as his own broker
I'm selling my first house and have an offer from an agent who is acting as his own broker. Is it weird that I'm paying the buyer 3% to buy my house. He also works in the same office as my agent, is there any conflict of interest with having them work together?

Agents buy properties all the time and collect their half of the commission you have already agreed to pay. No conflict.
