What are the best neighbourhoods in the DFW area to invest in?

Hello BP,

We’re looking to buy a few properties within a 2 hr radius of the DFW area. Would prefer small multis in B neighbourhoods with reasonable cash flow and a reliable tenant base. Our primary goal is cashflow with an expectation for market rate appreciation.

What do you all think are the best neighbourhoods in DFW or the surrounding areas/ cities to target?
