Escrow extension or Rent agreement?
Here is the situation, we have been in escrow for over thirty days and against better judgement i agreed to extend the escrow by 7 days. We are currently four days into this extension and they are requesting more days. I am starting to get the feeling they are not willing to leave and are possibly trying to get me to close escrow sign a rental agreement then not pay rent and live for free until the eviction suspension is lifted. Anyone got any suggestions?
