Hello everyone, I've been part-time wholesaling for about a year .I'm a Real Estate Rookie .I know that I don't want to flip houses forever . I'm now preparing myself to start my first house hack within the next year. (i.e. credit repair , deal analysis) What are some things I should be looking for in getting started?
