Help with fundraising

Hey BP Community! I am a new investor! Over the past few months I have been educating myself on real estate investing, I have picked my market that I would like to invest and have slowly been building a team and business. When I started this venture, I thought I had enough capital to take action and begin learning through buying properties. I have begun to notice that for the types of properties I am looking for, I have had a hard time with capital. I am asking as for help with how to get capital without giving up equity and other creative ways you have gotten the funds for investing.
