Hello BP, Im an investor here in Tampa, FL and was wondering on ways other investors obtain pre-foreclosure lists. Is getting them from your county the easiest? I tried calling multiple title companies because I've seen people say you can have luck there, but I haven't. Feel free to message me. Thank you.

As an agent, I can pull my own pre-foreclosure lists, but you can try using services like listsource or propertyradar or the county clerks office. The information is public record, so you can do it yourself, but it may be tedious.
