Hi all, I'm an OOS investor with no deals under my belt. I do have 2 rentals here in California and have rented them for the past 4 years. I'm having a terrible time finding a HML that will fund me although my credit score is above 700 and I have 50K in liquid assets. Can anyone make any recommendations? If so, please DM me.
