Tough Times Tough Decision... Any advice Please?
$150k Needed for emergency medical expense my options are...
A) List 1 rental which is mortgage free C rated property? or
B) List 2 rentals both have a mortgage B/C rated?
*All 3 units purchased same year
*Option A would drop monthly cash flow by $1,200 and Option B would drop $700
*Down the line impact with option A I'm on the hook for 2 mortgages vs option B lower net worth
Any advice before I pull the trigger please?
