Buying a home from a family member.

***HELP!!*** My grandmother is going to pass away soon, we need to keep her home in the family, otherwise my mother doesn't have a home to live in. No one can make the payments for the home. Payment ranges between $700-800. There is only 80k left on the home. Is there a way to buy the home from my grandmother at the remaining 80k?
