I have been looking at possible deals and I found  a interesting house it needs windows flooring paint and general clean up  ( I can do this )  It could use a concrete drive ( I can’t do this).  The roof looks good it is a brick exterior. The comps are about 150000. The house is owned by duetsche bank it’s listed as foreclosed   There are signs on it from township about neglected lawn.  I am wondering what I do now. Do I call that bank? Is there a avenue to obtain it before auction?  Thanks for your help.
