Selling home with tenants in place

Hi everybody,

I'm looking to sell a duplex in Detroit which has 2 tenants, both of which have been in the home for 2 years and have never missed rent.  I would like to put my house on the market, but I'm concerned I might scare the tenants away which I really don't want to do, especially if I ultimately decide to keep the property.  They've both been reliable tenants.  Does anybody have any any recommendations?  The reason for the sale is I want to take the cash and buy another property closer to home in Los Angeles.
