Hello can anyone recommend any lawyers they have used in the Chicago suburbs (NE). I am looking to purchase an midsize office building and need assistance with the contract, due dilligence, and closing.  Also can you please share what you may have spent in lawyer fees for closing.  I received a quote close to 10k and it seems astronomical to me.
