Obtaining a Loan under a LLC.

Good evening BP I currently own four homes, one I own free and clear and would like to do a cash out refinance to purchase more rental properties. Under my mentor he suggested I put the home I owe free and clear into a LLC, so I put two of my homes under a LLC. Now while I'm going through multiple lenders they are advising me to take the home that I own and want the cash out refi on and put it back into my personal name, they will approve the loan and then I can put it back in the LLC. Well I've spent money with a real estate attorney to put it into a LLC and I'm getting advice from my attorney that I should not turn it back into my personal name. I'm confused on this matter on how I should move forward, I currently have equity in a home that I'm not using because a lenders is suggesting I put the home into my personal name. Any suggestions or advice that I can use to move forward?
