Farming Online Buyer/Seller Leads

Hey all,

New Bigger Pockets/real estate agent here. For my fellow agents, I'm curious if you guys have been buying online leads, and if so, what sites do you recommend? For every good site that I find, it seems that there's at least one horror story in the reviews... I've seen some that just run online campaigns for you, and others that guarantee leads from their direct sites.

Now that I've been licensed for 18 months and closing some deals, I'd like to put some money back into the business and fill my pipeline. Let me know what you recommend!
