I am currently investing in the Akron/Canton area. I am interested in possibly expanding to the Cleveland, OH area and would like to connect with other investors to learn more about the city.

Do you invest in the East or West side of Cleveland?

We stick to the surrounding suburbs on the east side like south euclid, cleveland heights, Shaker heights, and University Heights! About 60% of them are Cleveland Heights though thats our bread and butter.
