I just need land in central Austin

Hey all, really need some help here. Over the past 6 months, I have been searching daily for a 6000 sq ft teardown/lot under 400K in Austin to build a home for my family. Not a flip–just a place I can call home the next 15 years. I simply can't compete with developers or MLS.

• Any tips on how to procure this?

• Like Zilker, Allandale, what would you say is a neighborhood that will easily have 900K+ homes in the next 8+ years?

@Prakash Nair It will be very challenging to find any properties in these areas below $400k, even as a teardown. Most of these neighborhoods have homes well over that number even in poor shape. They are great neighborhoods, but your expectations may need to adjust.
