Hey All, We just purchased a Vacation property in Big Bear and are wondering if we can manage it ourselves without 27-35% in fees. Anyone else doing this? I would want to do my own Marketing etc but need reliable cleaning and handy man in the area. Looking for someone who could be the point person for us. Maybe some of us could get together and share resources or Hire some one on retainer. Or I can do your photography/ marketing/staging/ designing/ SEO if someone else could manage the on location stuff?
