I have been trying to find inventory to buy my 1st house. I have been finding it difficult to find inventory and I when do find fixer upper deals I have to compete with 20 or 30 different offers. How can I get my offers accepted so I can start buying properties?

Are you making these offers in the la area ? Inventory is very tight right now in la.

As is the case in many markets the la market seems especially hot right now . Things have changed a lot from last year . is this a home you're looking to purchase as a primary residence or is it a home that you were looking to purchase as an investment?

Are you using financing or cash ?

What type of terms are you putting an offer ?

Have you tried direct mail marketing yet?

How many offers have you made so far ?
