Any trick to be one of the first to see a released property?

Hi!

I have phone notifications that show homes in Redfin, Realtor.com, zillow, etc. But, these are not provided right away when a home had just been released to them. Instead, the notifications seem to wait for a big pack of houses available to notify me which is several minutes after home released to this market or even hours. 

I am trying to figure out a way to be one of the first guys that sees it when released to these platforms. Do you have any tricks you use? Or just keep manually looking constantly into the app to be one of the first? Do these platforms have certain times that they release these in pack to the platform?
