This is undeveloped Land I’m thinking of buying as an investment. It’s located near highways in greater Orlando,FL. The issue I have is that it’s a residential property. Is it still a good investment?

 Got it. Then I think it could work. There hasn't been a ton of development in that area as of late but there could be in the future as it is close to the airport.
