Cash flow in Cleveland Ohio

I am thinking of Investing in Cleveland Ohio. What is the the cash flow in a two family house @ 50k ? Paying all cash.

What is the usual rent. I had raid many places the rent and they all show different amounts.

Anyone familiar with the area please let me know.
