Home Advantage (via Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union)

I recently applied for a loan through my credit union, Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union. Seems that one of their affiliates is Home Advantage. I see their selling point is that they offer cash back rewards ($600/$100,000 purchase / sale, from what I see).

Does anyone have any experience with using an agent through them? Good idea / bad idea?
