Selling to a Tenant: Tulsa
I have a tenant that wants to buy the house they have lived in for 3 years. I figure it is a seller’s market now and I have other things to do with the money but I do not need to sell.
The tenant Is getting an FHA loan that has a list of things to fix up. They also would like a new roof that I might be able to get insurance to pay for. we also have realtors involved and that will take 6% off the top.
So what would you do? I don’t really care to pay $2500 of their fix up list and a new roof. What would you all do? Any advice or scenarios?
location is in East Tulsa about 2 blocks from Columbus elementary.
