@Adam Reeves I'm also focusing on a BRRRR Strategy in the Southern NH/Northern MA markets, I don't mean to jack Mark's thread here. I have seen a LOT of stuff pop up in that market that looks pretty good (it is on the outskirts of my target area though). It's awesome that you are so active up there.
