22 days in escrow. Urgent please help and thanks!

I am an agent representing a buyer who lives here in the U.S. and we are 22 days into escrow. All contingencies have been removed except for the loan. All loan conditions have been met. The only thing holding up the whole transaction is the fact that his wife is currently living in Chennai, India where the COVID situation is pretty severe and we need her to notarize a Power of Attorney Deed by a U.S. Notary. The title company will not accept a remote online notary because she is not a U.S. citizen. The residents of her area are on a strict lockdown to where she cannot leave the house unless for medical emergency. The closest to a solution we have come is the possibility of an online attestation or apostille of the Power of Attorney Deed document but still have yet to find a company that does so. Then she still would have to ship the final document to us here in the U.S., which I'm not certain of the availability of international shipping services in India currently.

Any ideas or info would be greatly appreciated. On behalf of myself, my clients, and all parties involved..thank you for help in advance!
