How to buy quickly, buy more properties
I bought one rental, put in 25 percent. Paid 258k, appraised 295k a month ago. Owe 194k. Have private residence, house costed 495k, Owe 475k put 60k in basement, rent basement for 1250 a month. House appraised for 600k a month ago. I have equity. But based on these figures, how can I buy another house. I only have 40k liquid cash in bank
