What was the process like finding an agent to help you sell, and were you happy with their work?

Did you have to do any remodels before the house was put on the market?

Did the agent handle mostly everything for you, or did you do some things yourself?

If you did things on your own, did you find a photographer or did you take pictures on your own?

If you did not have an agent help you, how did you figure out how to price your home?
