Who eats the cost on of the assignment fee when wholsaling
When wholesaling...say you have a property you are entering into a purchase agreement on thats 50k....and your assignment fee is 10k...who eats the assignment fee?..Is that an extra 10 im putting on the 50k when marketing to buyers?...or it comes from the money the seller gets?
